Because the screw cartridge valve starts later than the traditional plate and tube type, and is limited by volume and layout, some early performance is not as good as the traditional plate and tube type, which is specific in such as the hysteresis of the relief valve, the shunt accuracy of the diverter valve, and the dynamic response performance of the flow valve. As already mentioned, the early development of threaded cartridge valves is driven by the needs of walking machinery, because they are limited by space and weight, and must use threaded cartridge valves, which are less demanding on performance. With the booming development of threaded cartridge valves, some companies' products have now reached similar or the same level as traditional valves, and are also used for hydraulic pressure of fixed equipment. For the above technical and economic reasons, today, the integrated installation form of hydraulic valves has roughly formed such a pattern.
1) Large flow system, flow rate is roughly 400 to 1000 liters/min or more, the main circuit mainly uses the cap plate cartridge valve. The control loop is composed of a plate valve, a stack valve or a threaded cartridge valve.
2) Mass-produced components, roughly more than tens of thousands of pieces per year, often use special valves or special valve blocks, which also use some threaded cartridge valves.
3) The system with a small batch output, dozens of pieces per year, the use of superimposed valves is more economical, flexible, and the design production cycle is short. The stacking blocks are also widely used in threaded cartridge valves.
4) Batch production in the middle of the system, the common use of application-specific integrated blocks. Among them, the system with small flow rate is often all the use of threaded cartridge valves. Some use ISO interface plate reversing valve and threaded cartridge valve.
5) In walking hydraulic pressure, due to traditional reasons, the reversing valve is also quite common to use the chip structure. Even if the reversing has been controlled by electric or gas control, the handle is still retained as a means of human intervention in case of failure. Other control valves are integrated blocks with threaded cartridge valves.
