The two-position two-way solenoid valve is a step-by-step direct pilot solenoid valve, which can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve according to the different open and closed states when power is cut off. Normally closed solenoid valve, after the coil is energized, the armature first drives the valve plug of the auxiliary valve to lift under the action of electromagnetic force, and the fluid on the valve cup of the main valve flows away through the auxiliary valve, thus reducing the pressure acting on the valve cup of the main valve. When the pressure on the valve cup of the main valve decreases to a certain value, the armature drives the valve cup of the main valve, and uses the pressure difference to open the valve cup of the main valve and circulate the medium. After the coil is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the armature is reset due to its own weight. At the same time, depending on the medium pressure, the main and auxiliary valves can be closed tightly. Normally-open solenoid valve, after the coil is energized, the movable iron core moves down due to suction, which presses down the plug of the auxiliary valve, and the auxiliary valve closes, and the pressure in the main valve cup rises. When the pressure rises to a certain value, the pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the main valve cup is the same. Due to electromagnetic force, the movable iron core pushes the main valve cup down, pressing the main valve seat and closing the valve. When the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic attraction is zero, the valve plug and the movable iron core of the auxiliary valve are lifted upward due to the spring action, the auxiliary valve is opened, the fluid on the valve cup of the main valve flows away through the auxiliary valve, and the pressure acting on the valve cup of the main valve is reduced. When the pressure on the valve cup of the main valve is reduced to a certain value, the valve cup of the main valve is pushed up by the pressure difference, and the electromagnetic valve is opened to circulate the medium.
