In the field application, many electromagnetic threaded cartridge valves are usually not caused by the quality of the regulating valve itself, but by the installation errors caused by the natural environment, unreasonable installation position and direction or uncleaned pipelines. Therefore, attention should be paid to the following aspects when installing and applying the electric regulating valve:

(1) The control valve belongs to the dashboard on the spot, and the specified working temperature should be in the range of-25 ~ 60℃, and the air humidity should be ≤95%. If it is installed outdoors or in a place with continuous high temperature, the direct-acting overflow valve factory should adopt moisture-proof and temperature-reducing measures. In areas with earthquake sources, it is necessary to avoid vibration sources or improve earthquake prevention measures.

(2) Generally, the regulating valve should be installed vertically, and it can be tilted under special circumstances, such as when the inclined angle of view is very large or the valve itself is heavy, the valve should be maintained by lifting the support.

(3) Under normal circumstances, the pipeline for installing the regulating valve shall not be too high from the road surface or wooden floor. When the relative height of the pipeline exceeds 2m, a service platform should be set as far as possible to facilitate the operator's wheeling and maintenance.

(4) Before the installation of the control valve, the pipeline shall be cleaned to remove dirt and welding scar.

After installing the pilot relief valve, in order to ensure that the residue does not remain in the valve body, the valve body should be cleaned again, that is, all gate valves should be opened when entering the medium to prevent the residue from being stuck. After the spindle structure is applied, it should be restored to the previous neutral position.

(5) The control valve should be added with a bypass valve tube, so as to better enable the production process to be carried out again in case of problems or maintenance.

At the same time, we should also pay attention to whether the installation part of the control valve meets the requirements of the whole processing process.

(6) According to the construction needs of related electrical equipment projects, some electrical equipment of the electric control valve shall be installed. In case of explosion-proof goods, they should be installed according to the Code for Installation of Electrical Equipment in Explosive Dangerous Places. In the application maintenance, it is forbidden to plug in and open the meter cover for maintenance and pry the flameproof surface in flammable and explosive places. At the same time, it is not necessary to bump or scratch the flameproof surface during disassembly, and the original flameproof regulations should be restored after maintenance.

(7) After the reducer is disassembled, attention should be paid to oiling, and low-speed motors generally do not need to be disassembled for oiling. After installation, check whether the valve position meets the valve position opening sign.
