    Proportional pressure valve analysis and elimination because the proportional pressure valve is just on the basis of the ordinary pressure valve, the regulator handle is replaced by a proportional electromagnet.

     Therefore, the various faults caused by the ordinary pressure valve, which will also produce the ordinary pressure valve fault causes and elimination methods are also fully applicable to the corresponding proportional pressure valve (such as the overflow female corresponding proportional relief valve), can be referred to for processing.  

The working process of the proportional solenoid valve can be summarized as four steps.

First, the power supply is always stable, and then the proportional control signal is obtained from the controller and transmitted to the proportional solenoid valve;

Second, the proportional control signal is converted into electromagnetic force excitation, thereby controlling the rotation of the valve;

Third, according to the rotation of the valve to control the opening degree of the valve, and then feedback to the controller;

Fourth, according to the feedback signal to adjust the valve spring, so as to achieve accurate control of the valve opening degree.

The control principle of the proportional solenoid valve has three main aspects:

First, the fluctuation of the electrical signal affects the opening degree of the valve;

Third is to control the opening degree of the valve according to the rotation of the valve, and then pass the feedback signal loop to the flow controller to achieve the control of the flow.
