Basic structure of flow control valve

Second, the working principle of flow control valve
The operating principle of the flow control valve is based on the Bernoulli equation in fluid mechanics. As the fluid flows through the valve body, the fluid pressure will also change due to the change in velocity. According to Bernoulli's equation, as the velocity of a fluid increases, its pressure decreases; As the velocity of a fluid decreases, its pressure increases
As the fluid flows through the valve body, the flow rate changes because the movement of the spool changes the size of the through hole. When the spool moves to the right, the area of the through hole will decrease, the flow rate will increase, and the pressure will decrease; When the spool moves to the left, the area of the through hole will increase, the flow rate will decrease, and the pressure will increase.
