1. Direct-acting solenoid valve, whose principle is that after electrification, the electromagnetic force generated by the solenoid valve coil lifts the closing piece, so that the valve opens; After turning off the power supply, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the spring presses the closing piece on the valve seat, and the valve is closed. Its characteristic is that it can work normally in vacuum and zero pressure environment.
2. Distributed direct-acting solenoid valve, using the principle of combining direct-acting and pilot-type, when there is no pressure difference, after being electrified, electromagnetic force lifts the closing parts of the small valve and the main valve up in sequence, so the valve opens; When the pressure difference reaches the pressure difference required for start-up, power on or pilot the small valve, and use the pressure difference to push the main valve onto it; After the power supply is turned off, the pilot valve uses the pressure of spring or medium to push the closing piece, so that the valve closes. Its characteristic is that it can still work reliably under vacuum and high pressure, but it requires horizontal installation.
3. Pilot solenoid valve, after electrifying, the electromagnetic force can open the pilot hole, forming a certain pressure difference around the closing piece, so that the valve can be opened; When power is cut off, the force of the spring closes the pilot hole first and then forms a certain pressure difference, so that the valve is closed. Its characteristic is that the upper limit of the range of fluid pressure is high and it can be installed at will, but the pressure difference condition of fluid should be met when installing.
