The pressure sensor is faulty
1, the pressure sensor sealing ring problem
The output of the pressure transmitter does not change, the output of the re-pressure transmitter suddenly changes, and the zero position of the pressure relief transmitter does not go back, which is likely to be the problem of the pressure sensor seal ring. It is common that due to the sealing ring specifications, after the sensor is tightened, the sealing ring is compressed into the sensor pressure port inside the plug sensor, the pressure medium can not enter the pressure, but when the pressure is large, the sealing ring is suddenly opened, and the pressure sensor is changed by pressure. The way to eliminate this fault is to remove the sensor, directly see whether the zero position is normal, if the zero position is normal, replace the seal ring and try again;
2, the pressure goes up, the transmitter output does not go up
In this case, first check whether the pressure interface is leaking or blocked, if it is not confirmed, check the wiring mode and check the power supply, if the power supply is normal, simply pressurize to see whether the output changes, or see whether the sensor zero has output, if there is no change, the sensor has been damaged, may be the instrument damage or other parts of the system;
