Suitable for SG excavator parts high pressure sensor YN52S00103P1
Product introduction
When installing and using the temperature sensor, the following matters should be paid attention to to to ensure the best measurement effect:
1. Error caused by improper installation
For example, the installation position and insertion depth of the thermocouple can't reflect the real temperature of the furnace, etc. In other words, the thermocouple should not be installed too close to the door and heated, and the insertion depth should be at least 8 ~ 10 times the diameter of the protective tube; The gap between the protective sleeve of thermocouple and the wall is not filled with thermal insulation material, which leads to heat overflow or cold air intrusion in the furnace. Therefore, the gap between the protective tube of thermocouple and the hole of the furnace wall should be blocked with thermal insulation material such as refractory mud or asbestos rope to prevent the convection of cold and hot air from affecting the accuracy of temperature measurement; The cold end of thermocouple is too close to the furnace body to make the temperature exceed 100℃; The installation of thermocouple should avoid strong magnetic field and strong electric field as much as possible, so thermocouple and power cable should not be installed in the same conduit to avoid introducing interference and causing errors; Thermocouple can't be installed in the area where the measured medium rarely flows. When measuring the gas temperature in the tube with thermocouple, it must be installed against the flow direction and fully contacted with the gas.
2. Error caused by insulation deterioration
For example, if the thermocouple is insulated, too much dirt or salt residue on the protection tube and the cable plate will lead to poor insulation between the thermocouple electrode and the furnace wall, which is more serious at high temperature, which will not only cause the loss of thermoelectric potential but also introduce interference, and the resulting error can sometimes reach hundreds of degrees Celsius.
