Pressure sensor 31Q4-40800 for auxiliary excavators
Product introduction
Precautions editing
First of all, avoid contact between the transmitter and corrosive and overheated media to avoid damaging it; The installation position of the pressure guide pipe is best in the situation where the temperature fluctuation is small; When measuring the high temperature of some media, it is necessary to connect the condenser, because it is necessary to avoid the temperature of the transmitter exceeding a certain limit when working; Keep the catheter unobstructed; When used in cold winter, if the transmitter is installed outdoors, it is necessary to take good anti-freezing measures to prevent the liquid in the pressure tap from expanding due to freezing, which will easily damage the sensor; When wiring, the user should pass the cable through the waterproof connector or the winding pipe and then tighten the sealing nut, which can prevent the liquid from leaking into the shell of the transmitter through the cable. Let's talk about the matters needing attention when measuring liquid pressure and gas pressure. Everyone should distinguish clearly. When measuring the liquid pressure, the pressure tap must be opened at the side of the process pipeline, which is to prevent the sediment from settling, and the place where the transmitter is installed at this time should be protected from the impact of other liquids and avoid the sensor from being damaged due to excessive pressure. When measuring the gas pressure, the pressure tap must be opened at the top of the process pipeline. Note that this is different from when measuring the liquid pressure, and then the transmitter must be installed at the upper part of the process pipeline, which is convenient for the accumulated liquid to be easily injected into the process pipeline.
In daily life, it is necessary to have a certain understanding of the pressure sensor when using it and buying it. Especially when using it, if you don't know the precautions well, it will easily lead to machine failure or damage to the sensor, or lead to a decline in measurement accuracy or even incorrect data.
