Points for attention
The thread-in cartridge valve utilizes an electromagnet to drive a piston, opening or closing pathways to regulate and intercept the flow rate and pressure of liquids or gases in pipelines. The valve body features an inlet port and an outlet port, with a T-shaped valve spool that controls the flow on/off and direction. When the valve is in the closed state, the valve spool is compressed tightly, allowing pressure to enter the valve body through the inlet port but preventing it from reaching the outlet port. At this point, a pressure relief hole will release the pressure, gradually reducing it. When the valve is in the open state, the valve spool is pulled away, connecting the inlet port and the outlet port, allowing fluid to flow through the valve. Simultaneously, the pressure relief hole closes, preventing further pressure release.
The thread-in cartridge valve primarily consists of the valve body, valve spool, pressure relief hole, sealing ring, and connection interface. Among these, the valve body is the main component of the thread-in cartridge valve, comprising a shell and sealing ring. The shell is typically made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or other materials that provide sufficient strength and corrosion resistance. The sealing ring is made of rubber or polyurethane for sealing and maintaining the valve section's seal, ensuring the valve's sealing performance. The connection interface is a crucial part for connecting the valve body to the pipeline, which can be in the form of internal threads, external threads, clamps, etc., facilitating installation and debugging.
