Electronic fuel pressure sensor 1850351C1 for Ford truck oil
Product introduction
The electronic oil pressure sensor consists of a thick film pressure sensor chip, a signal processing circuit, a shell, a fixed circuit board device and two leads (signal line and alarm line). The signal processing circuit consists of power supply circuit, sensor compensation circuit, zero adjustment circuit, voltage amplifier circuit, current amplifier circuit, filter circuit and alarm circuit.
1.The oil pressure sensor is installed on the main oil passage of the engine. When the engine is running, the pressure measuring device detects the pressure of the oil, converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal and sends it to the signal processing circuit. After voltage amplification and current amplification, the amplified pressure signal is connected to the oil pressure indicator through a signal line, changing the ratio of currents passing through two coils in the oil pressure indicator, thus indicating the oil pressure of the engine. The pressure signal amplified by voltage and current is also compared with the alarm voltage set in the alarm circuit. When it is lower than the alarm voltage, the alarm circuit outputs an alarm signal and lights the alarm lamp through the alarm line.
2.The wiring mode of electronic oil pressure sensor is completely consistent with the traditional mechanical sensor, which can replace the mechanical pressure sensor and directly connect with the automobile oil pressure indicator and low-voltage alarm lamp to indicate the oil pressure of diesel automobile engine and provide low-voltage alarm signals. Compared with the traditional piezoresistive oil pressure sensor, the electronic automobile oil pressure sensor has the advantages of no mechanical moving parts (that is, no contact), high precision, high reliability and long service life, and meets the requirements of the development of automobile electronics.
3.Because the working environment of automobiles is very harsh, the requirements for sensors are very strict. In the design of electronic automobile oil force sensors, it is necessary not only to choose pressure measuring devices with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high precision, but also to choose components with reliable performance and wide working temperature range, and also to take anti-interference measures in the circuit to improve the reliability of the sensors.
