Basic knowledge sharing of solenoid valve coil
1.principle of operation
We know that solenoid valves can be divided into many types according to their performance and structure. Some operate liquid and some operate gas, but most solenoid valves are sheathed on the valve body, so the two can be separated. Generally, its valve core is produced by ferromagnetic materials. When the coil is energized, the magnetic force will attract the valve core, and the valve core will push the valve to complete the opening and closing.
2.Cause of fever
When the solenoid valve coil is in working condition, the iron core will be attracted, which will cause it to form a closed magnetic circuit. Once the inductance is in a large condition, it will naturally lead to heat. When the heat is high, the iron core cannot be attracted smoothly when it is energized, so that the inductance and impedance of the coil will be reduced and the current will increase, which will cause the coil current to be too large. In the meantime, oil pollution, impurities and deformation will affect the activity of the iron core. Once energized, it will work slowly and even cannot be attracted.
3.What does magnetic force have to do with size?
Generally speaking, the size of magnetic force of solenoid valve coil is closely related to the number of turns, wire diameter and magnetic permeability area of magnetic steel. The current can be divided into DC and communication, during which the DC solenoid valve coil can be pulled off the iron core, but the communication battery can't do this. Once the communication battery finds that the coil does this, the current in the coil will increase, because it has a short circuit ring inside.
4.Good or bad discrimination method
If we want to judge whether the solenoid valve coil is good or bad, we can use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the solenoid valve. For a good coil, the resistance should be around 1K ohms. If it is measured, it is found that the resistance is infinite or close to zero, indicating that it is short-circuited now and cannot be used any more.
