For small visual control equipment, 812mm industrial gas unit is selected. In electrical terms, the
two-position three-way solenoid valve is generally single electronically controlled (that is, single coil),
and the two-position five-way solenoid valve is generally double electronically controlled (that is,
double coil). Coil voltage level generally adopts DC24V, AC220V and so on. Two three-way solenoid
valve is divided into normally closed type and normally open type two, normally closed type refers to
the coil is not energized when the gas path is broken, normally open type refers to the coil is not energized
when the gas path is open. Normally closed two-position three-way solenoid valve operation principle: the
coil is energized, the gas path is connected, and once the coil is powered off, the gas path will be disconnected,
which is equivalent to "point". Normally open two-position three-way single electronic control solenoid
valve operation principle: power to the coil, the gas path is disconnected, once the coil is powered off, the
gas path will be connected, which is also "point". Two five-way double electronic control solenoid valve
action principle: power to the positive action coil, then the positive action gas path is connected (positive
action vent has gas), even if the positive action coil is powered off, the positive action gas path is still
connected, will be maintained until the anti-action coil is energized. When the anti-acting coil is energized,
the anti-acting gas path is connected (the reaction producing hole has gas). Even if the anti-acting coil is
powered off, the anti-acting gas path is still connected and will be maintained until the positive acting coil
is energized. This is equivalent to "self-locking". Based on this characteristic of the two-position five-way
double-controlled solenoid valve, when designing the electromechanical control loop or preparing the PLC
program, the solenoid valve coil can be operated for 1 to 2 seconds, which can protect the solenoid valve coil
from being easily damaged.
