The main principle of the proportional solenoid valve is that the flow control signal and control force are used as the energy source of the electromagnetic coil, so that the electromagnet controls the opening of the valve, so the opening of the valve is roughly proportional to the size of the flow control signal.

According to the different flow, each control position has a different flow value, which is fed back to the flow controller, the flow controller can adjust the position of the valve according to the output signal of the same size as the flow here, so as to achieve precise control requirements.

The control principle of the proportional solenoid valve has three main aspects: first, the fluctuation of the electrical signal affects the opening degree of the valve;

The second is to control the rotation of the valve through the electromagnetic force;

The third is to control the opening degree of the valve according to the rotation of the valve, and then pass the feedback signal loop to the flow controller to achieve the control of the flow.
