Product introduction
Matters needing attention in assembling threaded hydraulic cartridge valve;
1. Pay attention when taking over, and rubber seals cannot be used too much. Such as flange connection, take over the external thread should be maintained within a reasonable length, and chamfer the top half pitch with a trowel, and gradually coil the rubber gasket from the end to two teeth, otherwise too much rubber gasket or adhesive will enter the inner wall of the vacuum solenoid valve, resulting in a safety accident that hinders the normal posture.
2. There should be some indoor space at the assembly place of vacuum solenoid valve, which is convenient for daily maintenance and timely maintenance.
3. When assembling, the wrench or pipe wrench should be used to fix the valve body, and then the connector should be tightly covered. The force must not be applied to the magnet coil parts to cause deformation, so that the vacuum solenoid valve cannot work normally.
4. In case of insufficient pipeline rigidity or water hammer phenomenon, please fix the front, rear, left and right connections of the valve with a support frame.
5. When it is used in frozen places, it is necessary to maintain the pipeline with thermal insulation materials or set an electric heater on the pipeline.
6. Make sure that the vacuum solenoid valve itself and its connection with the adapter are leaking.
7, hydraulic cartridge valve customization to check the connection of electromagnetic coil leads, especially the place of three leads.
8. Electrical components connected to vacuum solenoid valves, such as solenoid valves, power switches and AC contactors. When opening the valve, the contact point should not vibrate, otherwise the work will be unreliable and the service life of the vacuum solenoid valve will be endangered.
9. The control loop of electrical equipment should be connected with the corresponding commercial insurance line as the maintenance of the electrical equipment circuit.
