2, the reason why the solenoid valve coil is often too warm
When the solenoid valve coil is in working condition (power supply), the magnetic core is attracted to form a closed magnetic circuit. That is, when the inductance is timed under a long-term power-on operation condition, the calorific value is normal, but the iron core can't be smoothly attracted after power-on, the inductance of the coil decreases, the impedance decreases, and the current increases accordingly, resulting in excessive coil current, which affects the service life. Oil pollution hinders the iron core's activity, and it runs slowly after power-on, or even can't be completely attracted normally.
3, solenoid valve coil is good or bad detection
Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the solenoid valve. The resistance of the coil should be between 100 ohms! If the infinite resistance of the coil is broken, the solenoid valve with iron products can also be put on the solenoid valve coil, because the solenoid valve can attract iron products after the solenoid valve coil is electrified. If you can absorb iron products, it means that a coil is good, but it means that the coil is broken!
4, solenoid valve coil power conditions
