Check valves have a wide range of uses, and there are many types. The following are commonly used check valves for water supply and heat:
1. Spring type: The liquid lifts the disc controlled by the spring from bottom to top by pressure. After the pressure disappears, the disc is pressed down by the spring force, and the liquid is blocked from flowing backwards. Often used for smaller check valves.
2. Gravity type: Similar to the spring type, it is closed by the gravity of the disc to prevent backflow.
3. Swing-up type: the liquid flows straight through the valve body, and the rotating disc on one side is pushed open by pressure. After the pressure is lost, the disc returns to its original position by self-return, and the disc is closed by reverse liquid pressure.
4. Plastic diaphragm type: the shell and diaphragm are all plastic. Generally, the shell is ABS,PE,PP,NYLON, PC. The diaphragm has silicone resin, fluororesin and so on.
