Oil pressure sensor for GM Chevrolet Cruze diesel engine 55573719
Product introduction
Application of engine sensor
With the rapid development of automobiles, automobile dealers all over the world have made great efforts in the functions, software and hardware of automobiles, and more sensors will be used in all high-end automobiles. Below we will list some commonly used engine sensors:
1. Crankshaft position sensor
Function: It is the most important sensor in the computer-controlled ignition system, and its function is to detect the top dead center signal, engine speed signal and crank angle signal, and input them into the computer to control the cylinder ignition sequence and make the best ignition time command.
Type: electromagnetic induction Hall effect photoelectric effect type
2. Camshaft position sensor
1. Function: Collect the position signal of valve camshaft and input it to ECU, so that ECU can identify the top dead center of compression stroke of cylinder 1, that is, provide cylinder judgment signal (cylinder judgment signal is the only basis for ECU to control fuel injection timing and sequence), so as to control ignition timing and deflagration of sequential fuel injection control, and it is also used to identify the first ignition timing at this moment.
Electromagnetic induction type
The sensor is composed of an induction head and an induction coil composed of a permanent magnet and an iron core of the signal wheel, and there is a gap of about 1mm between the end of the induction head and the tooth tip of the signal wheel. When the signal wheel rotates, when a tooth of the signal wheel approaches and leaves the induction head, the magnetic flux passing through the induction coil will change correspondingly with the concave and convex of the tooth and tooth groove, and a complete AC signal will be induced on the induction coil. When the signal rotates once, the output end of the induction coil will generate the same number of AC signals as the number of signal gears, and the ECU can calculate the gasoline engine speed and crankshaft angle according to the number and period of the output signals and the relationship between the gasoline engine speed.
Electromagnetic induction sensor has the advantages of simple structure and low price, but it also has the disadvantage that the output voltage fluctuates with the engine.
