Product introduction
Anti-corrosion skills of pressure sensor
Pressure sensors are used in all walks of life, especially in industry. However, the pressure sensors are generally required to be corrosion-resistant. The joints and cavities of the pressure sensors are made of imported stainless steel. As the elastic body of the pressure transmitter, the stainless steel material has high corrosion resistance and good attenuation performance, and can monitor any medium compatible with 316L. Let's also introduce the anti-corrosion skills of pressure sensors.
First of all, it is necessary to know whether the tested medium is compatible with 316L: 316 and 317L alloys have not been corroded in the 100-hour 5% salt spray test. Secondly, when purchasing sensor products, ask the supplier whether the medium has an influence on the pressure sensor; Through the selection of corrosion-resistant materials for the missile body, the requirements of users can be met. Finally, we can adopt the isolation method: there are molybdenum, titanium and tantalum plates in front of the pressure transmitter, and methyl silicone oil is used to transmit the pressure between the diaphragm and the ballistic tube, and the minimum range can be 0 ~ 100 kPa. If the diaphragm material is not corrosion-resistant, a layer of F46 diaphragm can be added, but the sensitivity of the instrument is reduced. F46 can also be directly used as the isolation diaphragm, and fluorooil can be used as the transfer liquid, which can play a double isolation role.
Once the pressure sensor is found to be incompatible with the medium, it must be replaced immediately. We can use special materials or special structures to measure some special media, and the pressure sensor will definitely be more widely used in the future. Therefore, as a manufacturer, we should actively develop new pressure sensors to meet the needs.
