一、Common reasons why the solenoid valve does not work after being energized

    ① Check whether the power cable is bad → Rewire and connect the connector;

    ② Check whether the power supply voltage is in the ± working range -→ normal position range;

    ③ Whether the coil is de-welded → re-welded;

    ④ Coil short circuit → replace coil;

    ⑤ Whether the working pressure difference is inappropriate → Adjust the pressure difference → or replace the appropriate solenoid valve;

    ⑥ The fluid temperature is too high → replace the corresponding cv solenoid valve;

    ⑦Impurities make the main valve core and moving core of the solenoid valve stuck → clean, if there is seal damage should replace the seal and install the filter;

    ⑧ The liquid viscosity is too large, the frequency is too high and the life has reached → replace the product.

二、The solenoid valve can not be closed common reasons

    ① The seal of the main valve core or iron core has been damaged → Replace the seal;

    ② Whether the fluid temperature and viscosity are too high → replace the solenoid valve of the opposite port;

    ③ Impurities enter the solenoid valve spool or moving core → clean;

    ④ spring life has arrived or deformation → replacement;

    ⑤ Blockage of throttle hole balance hole → timely cleaning;

   ⑥ The working frequency is too high or the life has reached → change Product or update product.
