The ls valve of Komatsu excavator refers to the flow control valve in the hydraulic system, which can control the flow and pressure of the liquid in the hydraulic system. In Komatsu excavators, the working principle of the 1s valve mainly includes two aspects, namely flow control and pressure control.
1. Flow control
Flow control foot controls the fluid flow in the hydraulic system by adjusting the opening of the 1s valve. When Komatsu excavator needs to adjust the speed of the hydraulic cylinder, the liquid flow can be controlled by adjusting the opening of the 1s valve, so as to achieve the speed control of the hydraulic cylinder. The ls valve controls the liquid flow area by adjusting the gap between the spool and the seat, thereby controlling the liquid flow.
2. Pressure control
Pressure control refers to controlling the working pressure of the hydraulic system by adjusting the pressure setting of the ls valve. In Komatsu excavators, the hydraulic system needs to maintain a certain working pressure to ensure that each hydraulic component can work normally. ls valve controls the pressure loss of liquid flowing through the valve core by adjusting the opening of the damping hole, so as to control the working pressure of the system.
