Hydraulic screw cartridge valve use precautions

When using hydraulic screw cartridge valves, pay attention to the following matters:
(1) In the selection of threaded valve, we must see its flow and pressure, but also pay attention to its flow-pressure curve, if the selection is too small often causes the system pressure loss is too large, so that the system heating, if the selection is too large, it will cause economic waves
(2) There are two kinds of sealing materials for threaded cartridge valve, fluorine rubber seal is suitable for phosphoric acid medium, butyl rubber seal is suitable for mineral oil medium;
(3) For the pressure value and flow value of the threaded cartridge valve, the setting value can be specified when selecting, if not specified, the manufacturer will set a default value;
(4) The screw cartridge valve is more afraid of pollution than the plate valve, and the filter design must be done when designing the system, and the full cleaning before operation;
(5) The reversing speed of the threaded cartridge solenoid valve is slightly slower than that of the conventional solenoid valve, and for the occasions requiring fast action, only the fast threaded cartridge solenoid valve is selected, but the price is higher;
(6) Limited by volume and layout, some performance of the threaded cartridge valve is not as good as that of the traditional valve, such as the hysteresis of the relief valve, the shunt accuracy of the diverter valve, and the dynamic response performance of the flow valve;
(7) Compared with the plate valve block and the two-way cartridge valve block, the design of the threaded cartridge valve block is more difficult, and professional design software is used to design the valve block, and professional verification software is used to verify the valve block;
(8) When designing the valve block, the model of the valve installed should be inscribed next to the threaded insertion hole on the valve block to prevent incorrect installation;
(9) Due to the strict weight requirements of mobile equipment such as construction machinery, the valve block is generally selected for aluminum alloy forgings.
