The installation method of the screw cartridge valve is to screw the screw directly into the jack of the valve block, and the installation and disassembly are simple and quick.

The typical structure of the screw cartridge valve is shown in Figure 1, which is composed of valve sleeve, valve core, valve body, seals, control components (spring seat, spring, adjusting screw, magnetic body, electromagnetic coil, spring washer, etc.). Threaded cartridge valve has two, three, four and other types; Directional valves include check valve, hydraulic control check valve, shuttle valve, hydraulic reversing valve, manual reversing valve, solenoid slide valve, solenoid ball valve, etc. The pressure valve has relief valve, pressure reducing valve, sequence valve, balance valve, pressure difference relief valve, load sensitive valve, etc. The flow valve has throttle valve, speed regulating valve, shunt collecting valve, priority valve and so on.

The work to be done before installing a threaded cartridge valve is the same as installing a two-way cartridge valve.

When installing the threaded cartridge valve, grease or oil should be applied in the jack and the outer ring of the valve sleeve of the threaded cartridge valve (especially the sealing ring), and then the threaded cartridge valve should be put into the jack, and the torque wrench (or open wrench) should be used to screw the jack. The tightening torque required by the common diameter threaded cartridge valve is shown in the relevant sample.

The following points should be noted when installing the threaded cartridge valve:

(1) The installation of the threaded cartridge valve should pay attention to the sealing ring and the stop ring should not be cut during the assembly process.

(2) Because the threaded cartridge valves installed in the threaded cartridge valve group are relatively dense, they should be installed in one direction in sequence.

(3) When installing the solenoid valve, if the installation space is not enough, the electromagnet should be removed first, and then the electromagnet is installed after the valve body is installed.
