The valve core is driven by electromagnetic force to change direction. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated, and the armature is pulled in the magnetic field to drive the valve core to move to realize commutation. The electromagnetic force overcomes the damping force (including spring force, hydraulic force and friction force), so that the valve core is switched and kept in the power-on position. At this time, the oil outlet T is connected with the working oil port A, and the oil inlet P is connected with the working oil port B.. Hydraulic control principle: the working principle of hydraulic threaded cartridge valve involves the action of pressure oil and the pre-tightening pressure of spring. Pressure oil enters from the port and acts on the main valve core. When the force is greater than the pre-tightening pressure of the main spring, the main valve core is pushed away and the pressure oil overflows from the port. The spring cavity is communicated with the port, and the pressure at the outlet does not affect the switching pressure. In addition, the hydraulic control also involves the working principle of the pilot valve. The pilot liquid flow generates pressure difference through the damping hole, which further pushes the main spool to open or close.
