The difference between proportional valve
Proportional valve Overview Proportional valve is a new type of hydraulic control device.
In the ordinary pressure valve, flow valve and direction valve, the proportional electromagnet is used to replace the original control part, and the pressure, flow or direction of the oil flow is controlled remotely according to the input electrical signal continuously and proportionally.
Proportional valves generally have pressure compensation performance, and the output pressure and flow rate can be unaffected by load changes.
With the development of hydraulic transmission and hydraulic servo systems, some hydraulic systems that require continuous control of pressure, flow and direction without high control accuracy have appeared in production practice.
Because ordinary hydraulic components can not meet certain servo requirements, and the use of electro-hydraulic servo valves because of the control accuracy requirements are not high and too wasteful, so in recent years, a proportional control valve between ordinary hydraulic components (switch control) and servo valves (continuous control) has been produced.
Electro-hydraulic proportional control valve (referred to as proportional valve) is a kind of cheap electro-hydraulic control valve with good anti-pollution performance.
