Application of relief valve
The main function of the relief valve is to keep the pressure of the system constant, prevent the system from overloading, and protect the safety of the pump and oil system. The main uses of the relief valve are:
(1) Make safety valve to prevent overload of hydraulic system. Usually used in the variable pump system, the relief valve is in parallel at the pump outlet, the valve port is normally closed, and the overload pressure controlled by it is generally 8% ~ lo % higher than the maximum working pressure of the system.
(2) Make an overflow valve to keep the pressure constant in the hydraulic system. In a quantitative pump system, the valve is normally open in parallel with the throttling element and the load. Because the overflow part loses power, it is generally only used in the system of low-power quantitative pumps. The adjusted pressure of the relief valve should be equal to the working pressure of the system.
(3) For remote pressure regulation. The oil inlet of the remote pressure regulator is connected with the remote control port (unloading port) of the relief valve to achieve remote pressure regulation within the set pressure range of the main relief valve.
(4) Make a unloading valve. The reversing valve connects the remote control port (unloading port) of the relief valve with the fuel tank to unload the oil circuit. '
(5) For multistage pressure regulation. When the remote control port (unloading port) of the relief valve is connected with several remote pressure regulating valves, high and low pressure multistage control can be realized.
(6) Make the brake valve. Buffer and brake the actuator.
(7) Make loading valve and back pressure valve.
(8) Make electromagnetic relief valve. It is composed of pilot operated relief valve and solenoid valve, which is used for unloading and multistage pressure control of the system.
