Common faults and troubleshooting methods of solenoid valve of cartridge valve
(1) If the electromagnetic coil of the solenoid valve is burnt out, you can remove the wiring of the solenoid valve and measure it with a multimeter. If you lead the way, the electromagnetic coil of the solenoid valve will burn out.
The reason is that the electromagnetic coil is damp, resulting in poor insulation and magnetic leakage, which leads to excessive current in the electromagnetic coil and damage, so it is necessary to avoid precipitation from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, the solid torsion spring, too large recoil force, too few turns and insufficient adsorption force can also cause the electromagnetic coil to be damaged. In case of emergency solution, the manual key on the electromagnetic coil of the non-standard threaded cartridge valve can be pushed from the "0" position in normal operation to the "1" position to urge the valve to open.
(2) If the wiring head of the solenoid valve is loose or the wire knot falls off, the solenoid valve cannot be electrified, and the wire knot can be tightened.
(3) steam leakage. Air leakage will lead to insufficient gas pressure, which makes it difficult to open and close the compulsory valve. The reason is that the sealing gasket is damaged or the rotary vane pump is damaged, which leads to gas leakage in many cavities.
