Points for attention
1. Check whether its core is stuck: For example, the mating gap between the outer diameter button of the valve core and the inner diameter of the valve body hole is too small (especially when the newly used one-way valve is not worn), and dirt enters the mating gap between the valve body hole and the valve core, and the valve core of the one-way valve is stuck in the open or closed position. Can be cleaned and deburred.
2. Check whether the burr on the edge of the undercut groove in the valve body hole is cleared, and lock the valve core of the hydraulic one-way valve in the open position.
3. Check whether the contact line between the valve core and the valve seat can still be sealed: for example, there is dirt stuck at the contact line or a gap at the contact line of the valve seat, which cannot be sealed. At this time, you can also check the inner edge of the contact line between the valve seat and the valve core. If dirt is found, clean it in time. When the valve seat has a gap, it can only be knocked out for a new one.
4. Check the fit between the valve core and the valve body hole: the fit clearance between the outer diameter knob of the valve core and the inner diameter D of the valve body hole is too large, so that the valve core can float radially. In Figure 2-14, there is just dirt stuck, and the valve core deviates from the center of the valve seat (eccentricity e)', which causes the internal leakage to increase, and the check valve core will open wider and wider.
5. Check the spring to see if it is missing or the spring is broken, then it can be replenished or replaced.
