    ‌ The working principle of threaded cartridge valve mainly includes two aspects: electromagnetic drive and hydraulic control. ‌ ‌

    ‌electromagnetic drive principle ‌ : The solenoid reversing valve in the threaded cartridge valve is a two-position four-way threaded cartridge solenoid reversing valve, which adopts the direct acting design of slide valve spool. The spool is driven by the electromagnetic force to reverse. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated, and the armature is pulled in the magnetic field to drive the spool movement to realize the reversal. The electromagnetic force overcomes the damping force (including spring force, hydraulic pressure and friction), so that the valve core switches and holds the electric position. At this time, the oil outlet T is connected to the working oil port A, and the oil inlet P is connected to the working oil port B.

    ‌ hydraulic control principle ‌ : The working principle of hydraulic threaded cartridge valve involves the action of pressure oil and the pre-tightening pressure of the spring. The pressure oil enters through the port and acts on the main spool. When the force is greater than the pre-tightening pressure of the main spring, the main spool is pushed open and the pressure oil overflows from the opening. The spring chamber communicates with the port, and the pressure at the outlet does not affect the switching pressure. In addition, the hydraulic control also involves the working principle of the pilot valve, and the pilot fluid flows through the damping hole to produce a pressure difference, which further pushes the opening or closing of the main spool.
