Working principle of direct acting relief valve
1. Pressure balance: the valve body of the direct-acting relief valve is equipped with a sealing kit. When the pressure exceeds the set value of the system, the sealing kit will produce a force, pushing the spool and the pressure rod to the opposite direction;
2. Motion principle: If the pressure is higher than the set value of the system, the pressure rod will pass through the valve body, so that the spool is pushed open, and a part of the hydraulic oil is discharged from the overflow port;
3. Control principle: When the pressure is lower than the set value of the system, the pressure rod will be pulled by the piston and return to the return in time, so that the valve core is re-stuck, so as to avoid the hydraulic oil flow out of the overflow port and the system disconnection ability;
