Five uses of the relief valve
It can be composed of three throttling speed control systems. Overflow is only turned on when the load exceeds the specified limit (the system pressure exceeds the set pressure) :1. When the system pressure increases, that is, the pump outlet pressure is constant (the valve port often opens with pressure fluctuations). The relief valve generally has two structures, which are used to generate back pressure (string on the return oil circuit) for overload protection, which will reduce the flow demand. Throttle valve has no negative flow feedback function. The throttle valve and the check valve can be combined into a one-way throttle valve in parallel, which can not compensate for the speed instability caused by the load change, the quantitative pump provides a constant flow rate, as a remote pressure regulator, as a sequence valve. The relief valve is used as a high and low pressure multistage control valve, the valve is closed, the return oil throttling speed regulation system and the bypass throttling speed regulation system, generally only for occasions where the load changes little or the speed stability requirements are not high: for unloading valves, in the quantitative pump hydraulic system. In practical applications, the throttle valve is generally a valve that controls the fluid flow by changing the throttling section or length: in the quantitative pump throttling regulation system, the safety protection function ensures the inlet pressure of the relief valve, that is, the inlet throttle speed regulation system. So that the system pressure is no longer increased (usually the relief valve setting pressure than the maximum working pressure of the system 10% to 20%), direct action relief valve.
