The role of hydraulic balance valve

Hydraulic balance valve is used to control the flow direction of the oil in the hydraulic system or adjust its pressure and flow, so it can be divided into three categories: direction balance valve, pressure balance valve and flow balance valve. A valve with the same shape can have different functions because of the different mechanism of action. The pressure balancing valve and the flow balancing valve control the pressure and flow of the system by the throttling action of the flow section, while the direction balancing valve controls the flow direction of the oil by the change of the flow channel. That is to say, although there are a variety of different types of hydraulic balance valves, they still maintain some basic points in common. For example:

(1) Structurally, all valves are composed of a valve body, a spool (rotary valve or slide valve), and elements and components (such as springs and electromagnets) that drive the spool action
(2) In terms of working principle, the relationship between the opening size of all valves, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the valve and the flow through the valve is in line with the port flow formula, but the parameters controlled by various valves are different.

Second, the basic requirements of hydraulic balance valve
(1) Sensitive action, reliable use, small impact and vibration during work.
(2) The pressure loss of oil flow is small.
(3) Good sealing performance.
(4) Compact structure, easy installation, adjustment, use, maintenance, versatility.
