First, listen to the performance of the voice
1. Under normal circumstances, the action speed of the solenoid valve is relatively fast, and the sound of "bang" can be heard at the moment of power-on. The sound is crisp and neat. If the coil has been burned out, there will be no sound.
2. If the continuous "bang" sound can be heard after power-on, it may be because the valve core is stuck due to insufficient suction and voltage, so it needs to be checked.
Second, look at the external performance
1. Check whether the coil is wrapped or cracked.
2, a good solenoid valve, its wiring will not be damaged.
3. Check whether the valve body is cracked, especially the valve body made of some special materials, which is easy to age in high temperature and low temperature environment.
Third, test the internal performance
1. If the coil of the solenoid valve is good, there is a magnetic field outside the coil, so you can use iron to check whether it is magnetic.
2. Touch the temperature of the coil. Under normal circumstances, after the coil is electrified for 30 minutes, the surface temperature of the coil is warm. If the temperature is hot or cold to the touch, it means that the circuit is not electrified and it can be determined that it is a short circuit.
To judge whether the electromagnetic coil is damaged, we only need to know through the three steps described above.
