Points for attention
Hydraulic valve is a kind of automation components operated by pressure oil, which is controlled by pressure oil of pressure distribution valve. It is usually used in combination with electromagnetic pressure distribution valve, and can be used to remotely control the on-off of oil, gas and water pipeline system of hydropower station. Commonly used in clamping, control, lubrication and other oil circuits. There are direct-acting type and pilot type, and the pilot type is mostly used. According to the control method, it can be divided into manual, electric control and hydraulic control.
Flow cartridge valve
Cartridge valve is different from the ordinary hydraulic control valve we say, its flow rate can reach 1000L/min, and the diameter can reach 200 ~ 250mm. The spool has simple structure, sensitive action and good sealing. Its function is relatively single, mainly to achieve the liquid circuit on or off, and the combination of ordinary hydraulic control valve, in order to achieve the direction of the system oil, pressure and flow control.
Cartridge valve principle
The importance of the design versatility of cartridge valves and their orifice lies in mass production. For the cartridge valve of a certain specification, for mass production, the size of the valve port is unified. In addition, different functions of the valve can use the same specification of the valve chamber, such as: check valve, cone valve, flow control valve, throttle valve, two-position solenoid valve and so on. If the same specification, different functions of the valve can not use different valve bodies, then the processing cost of the valve block is bound to increase, the advantage of the cartridge valve no longer exists.
