Hydraulic valve is a kind of automation components operated by pressure oil, which is controlled by pressure oil of pressure distribution valve. It is usually used in combination with electromagnetic pressure distribution valve, and can be used to remotely control the on-off of oil, gas and water pipeline system of hydropower station. Commonly used in clamping, control, lubrication and other oil circuits. There are direct-acting type and pilot type, and the pilot type is mostly used. According to the control method, it can be divided into manual, electric control and hydraulic control.
Flow control
The flow rate is adjusted by using the throttle area between the valve core and the valve body and the local resistance generated by it, so as to control the movement speed of the actuator. Flow control valves are divided into five types according to their uses.
⑴ Throttle valve: After adjusting the throttle area, the motion speed of the actuator with little change in load pressure and low requirement for motion uniformity can basically remain stable.
⑵ Speed regulating valve: The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the throttle valve can be kept constant when the load pressure changes. In this way, after the throttle area is set, no matter how the load pressure changes, the speed regulating valve can keep the flow through the throttle unchanged, thus stabilizing the movement speed of the actuator.
(3) Diverter valve: No matter what the load is, an equivalent diverter valve or a synchronous valve can make two actuators of the same oil source get equal flow; The proportional diverter valve is used to distribute the flow in proportion.
(4) Collecting valve: The function is opposite to that of the diverter valve, so that the flow flowing into the collecting valve is distributed in proportion.
(5) Diverting and collecting valve: It has two functions: a diverter valve and a collecting valve.
