If the coil is short-circuited or open-circuited, it is necessary to measure the resistance value of the coil to determine whether it is normal. Internal structure problem: check whether the internal structure of the solenoid valve is in good condition and whether it is blocked or stuck. If it is found to be blocked or stuck, it should be cleaned or replaced in time. Seal problem: check whether the solenoid valve seal is damaged, whether the installation position is reasonable, and whether there is air leakage at the pipeline joint. If air leakage is found, it is necessary to readjust the installation position or repair the air leakage. Working principle of solenoid valve: Take the two-position five-way solenoid valve as an example, its valve core has two positions and five ports (one air inlet, two air outlets and two air outlets). When the coil is energized, the static iron core generates electromagnetic force, which makes the pilot valve act, and compressed air enters the pilot piston of the valve through the air passage. After starting the piston, the passage is opened to realize the conversion between air intake and exhaust.
