Working principle of two-position five-way double electric control solenoid valve
1. As for the gas path (or liquid path), the two-position three-way solenoid valve has an air inlet (connected to the air source), an air outlet (provided to the air source of the target equipment) and an air outlet (a muffler is usually installed, but @ _ @ is not required if it is not afraid of noise). The two-position five-way solenoid valve has one air inlet (connected to the air inlet source), one positive action air outlet and one negative action air outlet (respectively provided to the target equipment), one positive action air outlet and one negative action air outlet (equipped with a muffler).
2. For small automatic control equipment, the industrial rubber hose of 8~12mm is generally selected for the trachea. Solenoid valves are generally made of Japanese SMC (high-end, but small Japanese products), Taiwan Province Yadeke (affordable, good quality) or other domestic brands and so on.
3. Electrically speaking, the two-position three-way solenoid valve is generally single-electrically controlled (i.e. single coil), and the two-position five-way solenoid valve is generally double-electrically controlled (i.e. double coil). The coil voltage level generally adopts DC24V, AC220V, etc. The two-position three-way solenoid valve can be divided into two types: normally closed type and normally open type. Normally closed type means that the gas path is broken when the coil is not energized, and the gas path is connected when the coil is energized. Once the coil is powered off, the gas path will be disconnected, which is equivalent to "inching". Normally open type means that the air path is open when the coil is not energized. When the coil is energized, the gas path is disconnected. Once the coil is powered off, the gas path will be connected, which is also "inching".
4. Action principle of two-position five-way dual electric control solenoid valve: When the positive action coil is energized, the positive action gas path is connected (the positive action gas outlet hole is full of gas), even after the positive action coil is de-energized, the positive action gas path is still connected, and it will be maintained until the reverse action coil is energized. When the reactive coil is energized, the reactive gas path is connected (the reactive air hole is full of gas). Even after the reactive coil is de-energized, the reactive gas path is still connected, and it will be maintained until the positive coil is energized. This is equivalent to "self-locking".
