  The unloading valve is mainly composed of the main part, the spool, the spring, the seal and so on. The spool is the core part of the unloading valve, which can be designed in different types according to the needs of the system, and the common spool is top type and bottom type. The spring is responsible for realizing the action of the spool according to the pressure change of the hydraulic system, while the seal ensures the sealing performance of the unloading valve.

     The working principle of the unloading valve is to control the pressure of the hydraulic system by adjusting the position of the main spool. When the pressure of the hydraulic system reaches the set value, the spool will be pushed by the pressure, so that the main spool and the bottom spool are separated, so as to achieve the purpose of quickly releasing the pressure of the hydraulic system. When the pressure of the hydraulic system is reduced to the set range, the spring will push the spool back to the original position, so that the main spool and the bottom spool contact to achieve the control and stability of the system pressure.
