1. Pressure sensor seal ring problem
The output of the pressure transmitter does not change, the output of the re-pressure transmitter suddenly changes, and the zero position of the pressure relief transmitter does not go back, which is likely to be the problem of the pressure sensor seal ring.
2. Large deviation between transmitter and pointer pressure gauge
Deviation is a normal phenomenon, confirm the normal deviation range; The last kind of fault that is prone to occur is the effect of the mounting position of the differential pressure transmitter on the zero output.
3. The pressure goes up, and the transmitter output does not go up
In this case, first check whether the pressure interface is leaking or blocked, if it is not confirmed, check the wiring mode and check the power supply, if the power supply is normal, simply pressurize to see whether the output changes, or see whether the sensor zero has output, if there is no change, the sensor has been damaged, may be the instrument damage or other parts of the system;
4. The output signal of the transmitter is unstable
The pressure source itself is an unstable pressure, and it is likely that the anti-interference ability of the instrument or pressure sensor is not strong, the vibration of the sensor itself is very severe and the sensor is faulty.
