Product introduction
Maintenance process of solenoid valve coil
1. First of all, it is necessary to find out the cause of the solenoid valve coil problem.
There are generally the following reasons for the problems of solenoid valve coil: coil aging, coil overheating, short circuit, open circuit and high voltage. Therefore, when repairing solenoid valve coil, professional test equipment such as electronic tester should be used to find out the reasons for the problems of solenoid valve coil. Only by determining the cause of the problem can we make targeted repairs.
2. Check the appearance and wiring.
Before protecting the solenoid valve, first check the appearance of the coil. If it is found to be cracked, melted or otherwise physically damaged, it is necessary to replace it. Together, check whether the contact point of the connecting wire flashes and tighten the connecting screw.
3. Detect the resistance value.
When protecting the solenoid valve, it is necessary to test the resistance value of the coil to confirm whether the coil is damaged. The test steps are as follows:
(1) Turn the multimeter to the ohm range and connect the probe to the two pins of the coil.
(2) Read the resistance value of the multimeter and compare it with the resistance value in the instruction book.
(3) If the resistance value is found to be much lower than that in the specification, it means that the coil has a short circuit and needs to be replaced with a new coil.
4. Measure the output voltage
Before titration to the device, it is necessary to measure the power supply voltage to ensure that the solenoid valve has a satisfactory power supply voltage. In the process of measuring the output voltage, it is necessary to use a multimeter to test the voltage applied to both ends of the solenoid valve coil and see if the power supply is stable.
5. Replace faulty parts
When repairing the solenoid valve, if the coil is found to be broken or short-circuited, it needs to be replaced with a new coil. It should be noted that the coils of the same specification and model should be used, otherwise it will affect the control of the solenoid valve.
In a word, the solenoid valve coil is a vital part of the solenoid valve control system. Normal protection and maintenance can prolong the service life of equipment and ensure the normal work and production safety of equipment. When there is a machine fault, the fault is detected and eliminated through the above repair process, which solves many troubles for industrial production and makes the use of solenoid valves more efficient and stable.
