     First of all, check whether there is a lack of oil in the hydraulic system, if there is a lack of oil, it should be replenished in time. If there is no shortage of oil, it indicates that the fault is in the balance valve. If the opening control pressure in the balance valve is too high, the balance valve controls the oil inlet hole is blocked, and the spool and stem in the balance valve are stuck, the treatment method is to slowly loosen the bolt joint on the pipeline from the balance valve to the lower cavity of the cylinder, so that the oil can gradually flow out from the gap, and the cylinder can be gradually retracted by its own weight. Then remove the balance valve (must not blindly remove the balance valve directly to avoid the danger caused by the direct shrinkage of the cylinder), adjust the balance valve opening control pressure value, check and clean the control oil inlet hole, disassemble and overhaul the balance valve.

The treatment method is to adjust the balance valve opening control pressure value, disassemble, clean, overhaul the balance valve, replace the spring, seal, etc
