Daily hydraulic control valve maintenance

1. The hydraulic control valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and both sides of the channel should be blocked.

2, long-term storage of hydraulic control valves should be regularly maintained, remove dirt, and apply anti-rust agents on the production surface.

3, after installation, should be frequently inspected, key inspection items:

(1) Surface damage.

(2) Whether the filler is outdated and ineffective, if it is damaged, it should be replaced regularly.

(3) After the maintenance and installation of the hydraulic control valve, the sealing performance test should be carried out. In addition to the corresponding control valve that should be lifted (or turned off), in principle all the new control valves and the control valves in the original system loop should be adjusted again (the original loop neutral control valve does not need to be adjusted).
