1, coil burned out

Solenoid valve long-term operation, the coil will inevitably burn out, if the solenoid valve is not oil after plugging, the coil is abnormal. And the internal mandrel has no suction, which indicates that the coil is burned out and the electromagnetic coil needs to be replaced.

2. Abnormal sound

Sometimes when the solenoid valve is powered on, there will be AC noise, because the coil nut is loose, then the pilot valve should be cleaned to remove the foreign matter inside, and then tighten the nut.

3. The solenoid valve is stuck

Usually, the gap between the slide valve sleeve and the spool of the solenoid valve is very small, usually less than 0.008 mm, and the solenoid valve is easily stuck when impurities enter or the lubricating oil is too little

The fault phenomena after the proportional valve is damaged may be as follows: 1, the spool is stuck: the output of the proportional valve is unstable, and the flow fluctuates greatly. 2, the leakage is too large: the proportional valve leaks oil, affecting the stability and accuracy of the hydraulic system. 3, coil burned out: proportional valve can not work properly, the hydraulic system is out of control. 4, the response speed is slow: the proportional valve responds slowly to the electrical signal, affecting the dynamic performance of the system. 5, the pressure fluctuation is large: the output pressure of the proportional valve is unstable, affecting the normal operation of the hydraulic system. In addition, if the proportional valve is damaged, there may also be problems such as insufficient heating water temperature, hot and cold domestic hot water, normal pulse ignition but unsuccessful ignition, and fuse burning when starting the wall hanging furnace.
