Classification of cartridge valves
一、Classification by use
Pressure control valve: used to control the oil pressure in the hydraulic system.
Flow control valve: Flow control valve is a valve that changes the liquid resistance to achieve flow regulation by changing the size of the valve port.
Directional control valve: Controls the direction of fluid flow in the hydraulic system.
二、 According to the installation and connection type
Tubular connection: The inlet and outlet of the valve body are connected to the tubing by thread or flange.
Plate connection: Open the inlet and outlet on one side of the valve body.
Cartridge valve: It is divided into threaded cartridge valve and two-way or cover cartridge valve.
Threaded cartridge valve: The installation form is a threaded screw type hydraulic actuator.
Two-way or cover plate cartridge valve: a multifunctional composite valve composed of a plug core as the basic component, inserted into a specially designed and processed valve body, and equipped with a cover plate and pilot valve. Because each cartridge valve basic assembly has and only two oil ports, it is called a two-way cartridge valve.
Superposition valve: Superposition valve is based on plate valve, each superposition valve not only plays the function of a single valve, but also communicates the flow channel between the valve and the valve. The reversing valve is installed on the top, the external connecting oil port is opened on the bottom plate, and the other valves are connected between the reversing valve and the bottom plate by bolts.
