Principle of operation
In fact, the working principle of this coil product is not complicated. First of all, we need to know that there is a closed cavity in the solenoid valve, and holes are made in different parts, and each hole will lead to an unused oil pipe. In the middle of the cavity is a valve, and there are two electromagnets on both sides, and the electromagnetic coil on that side is energized, so the valve body will be attracted to which side, and the movement of the valve body can be controlled, so that the oil discharge hole can be leaked or blocked, and the hole is generally open for a long time. The hydraulic oil enters different oil discharge pipes through the movement of the valve body, and then the piston of the oil cylinder moves through the pressure of the oil, and the piston will push the piston rod to control the current of the electromagnet, and then control the equipment to work.
Common classification
1. According to the winding method of coil, it can be divided into two types: T-type coil and I-type coil.
Among them, the "I" type coil means that the coil needs to be wound around the stationary iron core and the moving armature, so that this post may occur when the current passes through the coil, and the moving armature can effectively attract the stationary iron core.
T-shaped coil is wound on the static iron core with the shape of "E" layer by layer, so that when the coil is excited, it will generate attractive force, and the generated attractive force can pull the armature towards the static iron core.
2. According to the current characteristics of the coil, the explosion-proof electromagnetic coil can be divided into AC coil and DC coil.
In the AC coil, the change of magnetic permeability is often inseparable from the change of armature. When the air gap is in a large state, the magnetic force and inductive reactance will be everywhere, so when a large current enters the coil to charge, the initial high current will make the AC coil get a strong response.
