Points for attention
Direct-acting relief valves are normally closed pressure limiting valves that are commonly used to protect hydraulic components from transient pressure shocks. When the pressure at the inlet (port 1) reaches the valve's set value, the valve begins to overflow to the fuel tank (port 2), throttling to limit the pressure rise. This kind of valve has smooth adjustment, low noise, basically zero leakage, strong anti-oil, anti-blocking and fast response speed.
Relief valves All 2-port relief valves (except pilot relief valves) are interchangeable in size and function (e.g., a given configuration size valve has the same flow path, the same jack).
Can accept Zda pressure at mouth 2; Suitable for use in the overflow oil circuit of the cross port.
The seal of the regulating screw is exposed to system pressure. This means that the valve can only be adjusted when the pressure is removed. Set the process as; Check Settings, remove pressure, regulator, check new Settings.
This valve is insensitive to fluctuating oil temperature and oil contamination.
When selecting the spring range of the relief valve, to ensure repeatability of Zda, the target relief setting value should be close to the middle range of Z small and Zda pressure.
Suitable for use in load locking applications.
The back pressure at the tank port (port 2) is directly increased 1:1 to the set value of the valve.
Cartridge valves with EPDM seals can be used in phosphate ester hydraulic oil systems. Exposure to petroleum-based hydraulic fluids or lubricating oils can damage the seal ring.
The Sun floating structure reduces the possibility of internal parts bonding due to excessive mounting torque or machining errors in the jack/cartridge valve.
