    The pressure of relief valve rises but does not rise to the highest reason analysis

    The pressure of the relief valve rises but does not rise to the highest adjusting pressure. This phenomenon is shown as follows: although the pressure regulating hand wheel is fully tightened, the pressure can not continue to rise after only rising to a certain value, especially when the oil temperature is high. The main reasons are as follows.

    (1) Because the main valve core is too loose with the valve body hole, it is strained, grooved, or seriously worn after use, a part of the oil flow entering the spring chamber through the main valve damping hole flows back to the oil port through this gap (such as Y-type valve, two-section concentric valve); For three-section concentric valves such as YF type, due to the wear of the sliding joint surface of the main valve spool and the valve cover matching hole, the matching gap is large, and the flow into the spring chamber through the main valve damping hole returns to the fuel tank through the gap.

    (2) Between the pilot taper valve and the seat due to the hydraulic oil in the dirt, water, air and other chemicals caused by wear and tear, can not be well closed, the pressure can not rise to the highest.

    (3) There is a gap between the pilot taper valve and the valve seat. Or it is not rounded into a zigzag shape, so that the two can not fit well.

    (4) The screw thread of the pressure regulating handwheel or the adjusting screw is bruised or strained, so that the pressure regulating handwheel can not be tightened to the limit position, and the pilot valve spring can not be completely compressed to the due position, and the pressure can not be adjusted to the maximum.

    (5) The pressure regulating spring is installed into a soft spring by mistake, or the stiffness of the spring decreases due to fatigue, or the pressure can not be adjusted to the maximum.

    (6) Due to the burr, taper or dirt on the outer circle of the main valve body hole or the main valve core, the main valve core is stuck in a small opening, and the article is arranged in a slightly opened state of incomplete opening. At this time, although the pressure can be adjusted to a certain value, it can not be increased.
