Detecting solenoid valve coil mode
(1) If the coil application process requires fine tuning, the fine tuning method should be considered.
In the application of some coils, fine adjustment is needed, and it is very inconvenient to change the number of coils. Therefore, the fine-tuning method should be considered when selecting. For example, a single-layer coil can select a coil that is difficult to move through the node, that is, winding one end of the coil 3-4 times in advance, and moving its orientation in fine adjustment can change the inductance. Practice has proved that this adjustment method can complete the fine adjustment of 2%-3% inductance. Coils used in shortwave and ultrashort wave applications usually leave half a turn for fine adjustment. Moving or rotating this half turn will change the inductance and complete the fine adjustment. The fine adjustment of multi-layer segmented coils can move the relative interval of a segment, and the number of movable segmented coils should be 20%-30% of the total number of circles. Practice has proved that this fine-tuning range can reach 10%-15%. The coil with magnetic core can finish the fine adjustment of coil inductance by adjusting the orientation of the magnetic core in the coil tube.
(2) When using the coil, we should pay attention to the inductance of the original coil.
When using the coil of explosion-proof solenoid valve, do not change the shape of the coil at will. The distance between the scale and the coil, otherwise it will affect the original inductance of the coil. Especially, the higher the frequency, the fewer coils. Therefore, the high-frequency coils selected on TV are usually sealed and fixed with high-frequency wax or other medium materials. In addition, during the maintenance process, care should be taken not to arbitrarily change or adjust the orientation of the primary coil to prevent misalignment.
(3) The adjustable coil device should be easy to adjust.
The adjustable coil should be installed in the position where the machine is easy to adjust, so as to adjust the inductance of the coil to the operating condition.
