Describe

Electromagnetic drive, 2-position 3-way, two-way cut-off, hydraulic threaded cartridge valve. For load maintenance applications requiring low leakage.

Principle of operation

When power is cut off, SV38-38 cuts off the flow of oil from ① to power on, and cuts off the flow of oil from ② to ant from or from ② to ①.

Characteristic

The rated electromagnetic coil is suitable for continuous operation. The valve seat is hard-treated, durable and low-leakage. The coil voltage and terminal can be selected. The high-efficiency wet armature structure. The plug-in voltage can be interchanged. The IP69K waterproof E-type coil can be selected. The integral die-casting coil design. The industrial universal valve hole.

Temperature range: -40℃ to 120℃, sealed with standard NBR.

Rated load of coil: it can work continuously in the rated voltage range of 85% to 115%. Initial current of coil at 20℃: 1.67 A for standard coil, 0.18 A for 115VAC (full-wave rectification). Type E coil: 1.7 A for 12VDC; 0.85 A at 24VDC

Minimum pull-in voltage: 85% of rated value at 207bar(3000psi).

Filtering: See 9.010.1.

Medium: mineral oil with viscosity of 7.4~420cSt(50~2000ssu) or synthetic oil with lubricating function.

Installation: No restrictions.
