Inspection rules for electromagnetic coils:

A, electromagnetic coil inspection classification

The inspection of electromagnetic coil is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

1, the factory inspection

The electromagnetic coil should be inspected before leaving the factory. Ex-factory inspection is divided into mandatory inspection items and random inspection items.

2. Type inspection

① In any of the following cases, the product shall be subjected to type inspection:

A) During trial production of new products;

B) If the structure, materials and process change greatly after production, the product performance may be affected;

C) When production is stopped for more than one year and production is resumed;

D) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection results and the type test;

E) When requested by the quality supervision organization.

Second, the electromagnetic coil sampling scheme

1. 100% inspection shall be conducted for the required items.

2. The sampling items shall be randomly selected from all qualified products in the mandatory inspection items, of which the sampling number of power cord tension test shall be 0.5‰, but not less than 1. Other sampling items shall be implemented according to the sampling scheme in the following table.

Third, the electromagnetic coil judgment rules

The judging rules of electromagnetic coil are as follows:

A) If any required item fails to meet the requirements, the product is unqualified;

B) All required and random inspection items meet the requirements, and this batch of products is qualified;

C) If the sampling item is unqualified, double sampling inspection shall be conducted for the item; If all the products with double sampling meet the requirements, all the products in this batch are qualified except those that failed the first inspection; If the double sampling inspection is still unqualified, the project of this batch of products should be fully inspected and the unqualified products should be eliminated. If the power cord tension test is unqualified, directly determine that the batch of products is unqualified. The coil after the power cord tension test shall be scrapped.
